Making Space for Meaning: The Story Behind MINKO

Making Space for Meaning: The Story Behind MINKO

I created MINKO because I knew women like you were looking for mote than just decor. You want pieces that speak to where you come from, and where you're going. A home that feels like peace - not just in how it looks, but in what it holds.

I've seen so many homes filled with beautiful things that meant... nothing. mass-produced, forgettable, easily replaced.

But I wanted to create something different. Something that reflects roots, femininity, and intention. For women who carry so much - but crave softness.

My journey with MINKO started as a quiet escape. A way to piece something back together after a time in my life that left me feeling scattered and unheard. And somewhere between those moments of stillness, something deeper emerged.

I still remember searching for a bukhoor burner that felt timeless, elegant, and modern - but also affordable. Nothing quite fit. Everything was either overly flashy or dull, expensive or uninspired.

So i made my own.

From that first burner, MINKO was born. Every tray, every curve, every textured surface is now created with that same quiet purpose - to ground a space. Not just to decorate it.

I know what it's like to need a home that holds you - in the noise, in the rush, in the quiet too. And if that's you too... Then maybe you'll find a piece of yourself in what I make.
